Cessna was already bringing a modern, high-end feel to their aircraft, but their website was lagging behind. We took on a multi-phase project to transform their digital presence, replacing their site's outdated content and confusing navigation with a highly intuitive, sophisticated experience. A series of 60-day quick wins brought initial cosmetic and usability improvements, while thorough research and analysis were used to develop a set of customer personas and user journeys that shaped Cessna's long-term digital strategy. These insights were then applied to fully redesign and rebuild their website from the ground up. Striking visuals have been combined with an intuitive and engaging user experience, featuring innovative enhancements such as tablet-friendly animations, push-down navigation, persistent sub-navigation, and parallax scrolling.
